MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Administrative Department of NAVSUPPACT NAPLES Italy.


  • You will establish, track, and manage tasking for the command triad.
  • You will document results of analytical studies for manager review.
  • You will use the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) and initiate, coordinate, and/or review personnel actions.
  • You will plan, organize, lead, and conduct programs to develop recommendations for improvement.
  • You will maintain metric reports to ensure data reflects current information.
  • You will maintain awareness of higher echelon DoD/Navy/EURAFCENT workforce initiatives.

Requirements

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: Specialized experience may include: 1) In-depth knowledge and experience managing executive tasks through an organization using Enterprise Task Management Software. 2) Manage executive tasks through an organization using Enterprise Task Management Software. 3) Conduct analytical studies of work force management functions to improve effectiveness and efficiency of organizational structure, program operations, manpower use, staffing levels, and personnel resources. 4) Provide guidance and support to management on personnel reductions, shifting of workloads, and use of personnel for reorganizing/realigning the organization. 5) Analyze and defend organizational billet structure requirements to meet emergent manpower/manning shortages.
